DANIEL FLANAGAN

Owner / Founder

As a native son of Chicago, Dan sought to build a roofing company that would bring the industry’s highest standards to the Chicagoland area. Being a family-owned and operated business is at the core of Dan’s vision to execute award-winning customer service and quality throughout the Midwest. He brings the experience of working at the height of the industry on a national level prior to founding O’Danny Boy a decade ago.

JOHN FLANAGAN

Chief Financial Officer

John Flanagan serves as O’Danny Boy Builders Inc.’s CFO and strategic advisor. John brings 30 years of diverse experience as an entrepreneur, coach and business executive. His career has included baseball coaching/operations stints at The University of Notre Dame and Arizona State University, and ownership and key leadership of sports training facilities C.F. Swingtown and Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports. In those endeavors John has played a key role in the development of the facilities, including site selection, deal structure (including public-private partnership), construction management, pre-opening, opening, and stabilization.

MARK HAYES

Chief Operating Officer

Mark manages all aspects of day to day operations for O’Danny Boy Builders. His expertise in roofing and claims management guides our process from top to bottom. Customer experience and quality assurance are his focus on a daily basis.
